Alison Hopeman
Alison Hopeman brings over 15 years of finance experience, most recently serving as Manager of Analytics for Global Operations at Allianz Global Risk. She specializes in forecasting, budgeting, and accounting policy, and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
Cole Powell
Cole brings over 32 years of experience in assurance, transaction, and financial consulting for healthcare organizations across all sectors. He has led financial due diligence for 150+ transactions and is an HFMA Certified Specialist in Physician Practice Management.
Greg Flittner
Greg brings over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 13 years at Center for Diagnostic Imaging overseeing growth initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships. He spent 23 years at GE Healthcare in senior management roles in distribution and holds a BS in Management and Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Jamie Holm
Jamie Holm, CPA (inactive), is a healthcare leader with over a decade of experience spanning accounting, financial analysis, revenue cycle management, and business development. She previously held leadership roles at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Calvin University.
Jeremy VanDevender
A co-founder of Equus Growth - Jeremy is a seasoned healthcare leader with a background in physical therapy and a proven track record scaling private equity-backed platforms. He has led high-impact growth in M&A, strategy, and operations across distributed healthcare organizations.
Jon Zahner
Jon Zahner is a talent acquisition executive with over a decade of experience building scalable, KPI-driven recruitment systems in healthcare. As founder of Henry Holland Health Solutions, he advises providers nationwide on improving hiring outcomes and aligning recruitment with growth goals.
Matt Byrne
Matt Byrne is a healthcare executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading growth, partnerships, and innovation both clinically and operationally. He combines a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with industry leadership to help organizations scale, integrate, and evolve.
Noah Asher
Noah Asher brings a diverse background in healthcare, with expertise in M&A, strategy, operations, and business development. He’s led due diligence for multiple transactions at Merge Growth Advisors and previously launched cardiovascular devices at a medical startup following early work in capital markets at Stephens Inc.
Rob Kirkpatrick
Rob brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare, having served as VP of Solutions Development at Siemens Healthineers and held senior roles at GE Healthcare, Procter & Gamble, and Picker International. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and lives in Nashville with his son.

Scott is a co-founder of Equus Growth Healthcare Advisory with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and development. He previously held leadership roles at Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Health.
